Santa Monica College unveiled its new Student Services Center after almost 20 years of planning, housing over 15 departments under one roof. To promote community and simplify navigation, InfoMate, a color-coded wayfinding system, was introduced at the welcome desk. It includes department map locations, relatable student questions, office hours, and QR codes linking to department websites, enhancing student engagement and accessibility.
